Rules and Such

1.) Sign up in a comment to this post. Please list your name/pseudonym, an email address at which you can be contacted, one element the story MUST have, one element you'd LIKE it to have, and one element you don't want, if there is such a thing. Also, if you want a particular pairing other than Luke/Lorelai, make sure that's clear. Since this is a hybrid of a ficathon and a traditional challenge, also include if you're willing to write something and, if so, any special considerations I need to be aware of for assignments. Like so:

2) Signups will be open from now until Wednesday, May 25. At the end of the day on May 25, I'll start matching requests and authors. Assignments will be sent via e-mail by the evening of Friday, May 27. Hopefully there will be just as many folks willing to write as there are assignments. If not, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. If you're requesting but not willing to write, please be flexible.

3) Stories will be due on Wednesday, June 29. I'll put up a post that day where you can put up links to the stories at Black & White & Read, Lukewarm, or your LJ. This gives everyone four weeks to write.

4) If you think you won't be able to finish your story on time, not a problem, but please let me know via email by Friday, June 17. That will give me some time to come up with a substitute, or (in case of a delay) just let the requester know the story will be late.

ETA: This is a smut ficathon. That means all of the stories should merit at least an "R" rating. They don't have to be hard core, smut-lite is fine, but they should include some smut.
